About the role
This is a full-time Service Advisor / Receptionist position at Atherton Automotive Pty Ltd located in Atherton, QLD 4883. As the Service Advisor / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality customer service and efficiently coordinating all aspects of the vehicle service and repair process.
What you'll be doing
* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Manage customer inquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phone
* Provide customers with accurate information about service requirements, costs and timelines
* Coordinate the vehicle service and repair process, liaising with the workshop team
* Prepare service documentation and invoices for customers
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
* Provide administrative support to the workshop as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
* Proficient in using computer systems and office software
* A friendly, professional and positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
* A manual driver's licence is essential.
