The Role
This is a full-time position supporting the Partner and the broader team. You will play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly.
* Managing busy diaries with multiple moving parts and last‐minute changes
* Proofreading and amending legal documents
* Processing monthly billing
* Preparing correspondence to clients
* General administrative duties such as filing and document management
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and reliable professional with:
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant
* Experience using eCourts
* Confidence with processing complex billing
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
