Begin your journey wish us as a** Concierge Supervisor** at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. You will be responsible for providing our guests with memorable arrival and departure experiences in this fast paced environment. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with training and developing the wider Concierge team
- Supervise concierge team operations across the complex
- Liaise with Front Office team for guest arrivals & departures
- Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services)
- Assist with safety compliance and reporting any incidents
- Lead by example and provide personalised guest experiences
**Who you are and what you need**:
- You will anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
- You will hold a **current open drivers Licence**:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
