Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Develop a strategic account call plan to maintain regular client engagement.
* Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and drive new business growth.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* Respond promptly and professionally to all client enquiries and service requests.
* Monitor and report on service performance against agreed KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
About This Position
* Proven experience in account management, customer service, or fleet services is required. Material Handling experience will be highly regarded.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities are necessary.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, is required.
