Project Overview
You will play a critical role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects within the defense and construction sectors. Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, you will work closely with Project Managers and the Proposals team to ensure smooth execution of multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor management with attention to detail
2. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
3. Maintain accurate project documentation and records
4. Organize and assist in meetings, action plans, and reporting
5. Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Support Supervisor and Project Managers
6. Identify risks and opportunities to keep projects on track
Requirements
1. Experience in construction, project management, or high-level administration
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SAP and SharePoint are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Business
2. Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
3. C Class Driver's License and White Card (or ability to obtain)
