**Your new role**
As the **Client Services Officer**, you will support the Financial Services team providing diligent administrative support and will be required to build relationships with stakeholders to achieve excellent client outcomes. You will share the passion of meeting client's needs, offering exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity.
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Provide support to our financial planning professionals 
- Prepare and complete implementation forms for recommended advice 
- Assist in the management of compliance obligations 
- Maintenance of financial data within dedicated financial planning software 
- Obtaining information from relevant financial providers 
- Ongoing management of prospective/existing client communication whilst developing and maintaining strong client relationships 
- General administration duties for the team
