Job Description
Ensure the organization's quality accreditation is managed and maintained to safeguard compliance with service technician competency requirements.
* Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
* Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Establish and update quality policies and procedures to support safe operations.
* Foster relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives.
* Review and interpret legislative and company requirements for continuous compliance.
* Monitor the QMS and drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A qualified mechanical tradesperson with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365, and possess experience with Root Cause Analysis and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
