Job Opportunity: Accounting Support Role

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Assistant to support our accounting team in Ballarat.Responsibilities will include:
* Management of client communications and maintaining high-level organization.
* Effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
* Management of competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
* Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Accounts and debtor management.
1. The ideal candidate will have:
* Office administration experience essential.
* Prior customer service role preferred.
* Outstanding organizational skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
* Time management and prioritizing skills.
