About The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join a dynamic team, focusing on customer service, sales generation, and account management within the industrial sector.
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading supplier of industrial products and solutions, supporting mining, construction, and manufacturing industries. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships with their customers.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Managing inbound phone, email, and web-based sales enquiries
* Following up on warm and cold leads to generate new business
* Providing technical advice and product recommendations
* Processing orders, quotes, and coordinating delivery timelines
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
What You Will Need:
* Minimum 2+ years in internal sales or customer service role
* Previous experience in industrial, mining, or manufacturing sectors
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proven administrative experience
* Open QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
