About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the Air & Sea freight operation.
* Leading daily air & sea freight operations and team performance
* Driving accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement
* Managing senior relationships with airlines, shipping lines, overseas agents, and key partners
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and Australian Trusted Trader requirements
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
* Acting as a senior contact for key clients and suppliers
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* 15+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, including leadership roles
* Strong air & sea freight operations background
* Confident, people-focused leadership style
* Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and efficiency
* Solid compliance and regulatory knowledge
* Full Australian working rights
* National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
