We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support veterans and their families in the community across Ballina and Surrounds.

About the role
* Community-based personal care in clients' homes
* Casual hours across a rotating roster
* Split shifts and afternoon availability required
* Travel between client homes during your shift
Your duties will include:
* Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
* Medication prompting
* Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing
* Accurate documentation of care provided
* Adhering to infection control and safety procedures
To be successful, you will have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Assistance
(or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in aged care, disability, or community care
* A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
