Job Overview
The Area Principal is responsible for leading multiple Flexible Schools, overseeing daily operations and providing strategic leadership. They will be accountable for the delegated responsibility from the Regional Director in various areas, including Flexi Practice, Formation, Identity, Finance, and Land and Infrastructure.
A key aspect of this role is to foster a safe environment and emphasize child safeguarding among staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic leadership and oversight of Flexible Schools
* Delegated responsibility from the Regional Director in Safeguarding, Learning and Pedagogy, Risk, Compliance, and HR
* Leading in Flexi Practice, Formation, Identity, Finance, and Land and Infrastructure
* Child safeguarding and promoting a safe environment
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess (or be eligible to obtain) and maintain a current Working With Children Check. All applicants will undergo EREA and legislative screening procedures.
