Join our dynamic pharmacy team as a Senior Pharmacy Assistant (AHA2) position, where your classification will be based on your skills and experience. At the AHA2 level, you will take on increased responsibility by dispensing and distributing medications, packaging pharmaceuticals, managing inventory, providing technical training to staff, and organising daily workloads. You will also assist with ordering and/or preparing and manufacturing pharmaceuticals, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of pharmacy services. Proven experience in a hospital pharmacy, with proficiency in Pharmacy Management Software and solid technical/manual dexterity. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, PBS, and a clear understanding of confidentiality and ethical pharmacy practice.
