About the Role - What does a typical day look like? 
- Undertaking daily office management tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently 
- Maintaining effective administrative systems and processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and delivery of services 
- Maintain client database and ensure its integrity and accuracy 
- Management of document management system, both soft and hard copy information 
- Managing ASIC forms for clients and ASIC secretarial services 
- Managing ATO lodgement lists 
- Correspondence with the ATO and ASIC 
- Using document providers to establish recent client entities 
- Other administrative duties, as required.

Skills, Experience & Quals required for the role 
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (receptionist or administrator) in an accounting firm is **essential**: 
- A confident and positive personality 
- Excellent customer relations skills, and a desire to help others 
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Xero 
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills 
- Comfortable to work within set timeframes and meet deadlines 
- Positive contribution to office culture 
- Confidence and professionalism in all communications, written, and interpersonal skills 
- Proactive in dealing with client needs
