Bottleshop Management Opportunity
Our company is seeking a skilled Bottleshop Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales and profitability.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience in liquor retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving profit margins. You will be confident in your ability to manage stock, lead a team, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Lead the Store: Oversee daily operations, manage staff rosters, performance, training, and team culture
* Drive Sales & Profit: Review weekly sales, category performance, and GP reports; identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve margins
* Manage Stock Like a Pro: Order stock based on sales trends and upcoming promotions; receive deliveries accurately and manage supplier relationships
* Deliver Great Customer Service: Lead by example with exceptional service and product knowledge; handle customer issues and complaints calmly and professionally
* Stay On Top of Compliance: Ensure full compliance with WA liquor licensing laws; maintain RSA standards at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
* RSA Certificate (required)
* Approved Manager Card or willingness to get one
* Experience using H&L or similar stock/POS systems (advantage)
