Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
* Manage the efficient operation of all departments, achieving excellent service levels and guest satisfaction.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of department heads and staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Monitor and manage operational budgets, controlling costs and improving profitability through strategic planning and resource optimization.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
* In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
