About the role:
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you'll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you'll be working across our Mount Barker and Murray Bridge stores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.
Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the flexibility to work Part Time 3 days p/w, supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.
The preferred 3 days would be 9am – 5pm Monday / Friday / Saturday, with a strong potential of increasing to 4 days in the near future.
We're offering a competitive salary depending on experience of $90,000–$105,000 plus super, along with an attractive bonus to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work. There is also an additional bonus for working Saturdays of $8,000 on top of your base salary.

Skills & Experience
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;
Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
