The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring smooth customer interactions, managing inquires and handling front-desk operations. The role is the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. Key responsibilities include:
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
* Greet and assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
* Process customer payments and validate customer information.
* Handle face to face interactions with new and existing customers.
* Filter and prioritise emails related to customer inquiries.
* Relay necessary information to the workshop team in a timely manner.
* Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment.
* Assist with basic administrative duties as required.
* Monitor and direct online bookings.
Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm. 42.5 hours per week.
