About the Role
As a Senior Client Services Officer, you will provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers. You will work in a virtual environment, handling allocation, administration, and reporting in line with defined service standards and key performance indicators.
You will be responsible for mailbox management, tasking, application processing, and financial processing. Additionally, you will support Facility Management activities at the Parkhurst office such as accommodation requests, maintaining access registers, supporting site and safety activities, and site communication.
