THIS POSITION IS BASED IN A REMOTE COMMUNITY IN ARNHEM LAND, NORTHERN TERRITORY.
What does your day look like as an Employment Consultant? Step into a role where you can make a real difference! As an Employment Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face for participants engaging in ALPA's Remote Aboriginal Employment Services (RAES) program. Your mission is to provide tailored, person-centred support that helps individuals move toward sustainable and meaningful employment, all while meeting program guidelines and key performance measures. If you're passionate about empowering people and creating real opportunities, this role is a perfect fit.
Responsibilities
* Support participants enrolled in RAES with person-centred employment services.
* Meet program guidelines and key performance measures while delivering tailored assistance.
* Provide intake, assessment, planning, and ongoing coaching to improve employment outcomes.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in Employment Services, Centrelink Services, or DES Workforce Australia is preferred.
