Our client, a busy 3rd party logistics company, based in Melbourne's Western suburbs, is seeking logistics administrators to join their growing team.
Ongoing Mon
- Fri opportunity, with an immediate start.
**Duties will include, but not limited to**:
- Co-ordination of** **shipping documentation & liaising with transport operators
- General administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing shipping documentation, despatch labelling
- This role is an all rounder position and you may be required to assist with picking orders in the warehouse when required._
**To be successful in this role you must have**:
- An understanding of warehousing operations, logistics or supply chain experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills & ability to multi task
- Experience in using WMS & strong computer literacy
- Fulltime availability to work Mon-Fri ongoing
- Car & license to get to and from work
- A team orientated approach and "can do attitude"
- Strong written and verbal communication
