 
        
        Job Opportunity: Financial Services Specialist
This role offers exceptional customer service experiences in all interactions with investors, advisors, and other professionals. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, managing accounts, conducting daily banking and cheque processing, and providing weekly/monthly reporting.
 * Delivering excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
 * Opening new Investor, Dealer Group, and Financial Planner accounts
 * Maintaining existing accounts
 * Preparing daily banking/cheque processing
 * Processing deceased estate accounts, redemption payments, and client transfers
 * Responding to enquiries from the investor services mailbox
 * Providing weekly and monthly reports
 * Generating Supplementary Product Disclosure Statements (SPDSs)
 * KYC/AML/CTR and Suspicious Matters reporting
Requirements
 * Minimum one year experience in an administration or similar role within Financial Services
 * Tertiary qualification in economics, commerce, or business highly regarded
 * Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
 * Excellent administration skills along with a high attention to detail
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment to meet group deadlines
