We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide community support for a participant located in Tewantin
*NDIS Screening is required.*
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive difference and can provide consistent, high-quality care and companionship.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a CHILD with daily routines, community access and engagement while promoting independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Child to activity 4-8pm (TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS)
* Provide personal care and daily living assistance
* Support with community access, walks, and social activities
* Encourage independence and meaningful daily engagement
Requirements:
* WORK WITH CHILDREN
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant experience)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Caring, professional, and dependable nature
