As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting the social and recreational aspects of daily living for all residents.
Key responsibilities include getting to know each resident as an individual, finding out what they enjoy doing, and plotting a life history book with them to share their memories. You will also engage with the local community and its resources, be creative and innovative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
* Experience of working with vulnerable adults
* IT literacy
* Ability to compile social care plans for residents
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality
* Able to work with residents to ensure they have fulfilling lives
* Able to prioritise workload
