Job Description: We are seeking an experienced senior leader to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and procurement functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SIOP process, collaborating with customer and operations teams, identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, establishing best-in-class procurement frameworks, driving cost reductions, and realizing savings through category management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in complex, multi-site or industrial supply chain and procurement roles
* Deep expertise in SIOP, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization
* Advanced negotiation skills and a track record of establishing high-value supplier partnerships
* Demonstrated capability in driving cost efficiencies, business value, and sustainability initiatives
* Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics F&O highly desirable)
* Strong analytical skills with a data-led approach to decision-making
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* High levels of resilience, agility, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
