The position entails:
* Prioritizing jobs and responding to initial customer support requests
* Providing remote support for workstations, servers, and cloud environments
* Monitoring customer infrastructure and performing maintenance tasks as required
* Preparing new equipment for deployment
* Updating technical documentation
You will utilize best practice technologies to deliver high-quality IT support to our customers.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills:
* Experience with Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) tools and Ticketing Systems
* Familiarity with Microsoft and Apple desktop operating systems
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite
* Management skills for Microsoft 365
