Key Responsibilities
Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations.
Ensure the highest level of service is delivered to guests, measuring against set objectives.
Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless guest-first experience.
Execute visual merchandising and stock management following company guidelines.
Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
About You
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar retail environment.
Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player who can motivate and inspire a team.
Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse and report figures.
Skin-care experience is ideal but not essential.
