 
        
        We are looking for a experienced leader in owners corporation management to join our team at SOCM and take up a rare and exciting opportunity we have available.
The high-level of responsibilities of the role will centre around;
Responsibilities
 1. Client retention strategies and relationship-strengthening.
 2. Staff management and assessment.
 3. Staff training and development.
 4. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be involved in the decision-making supporting the operational direction, strategies and initiatives of the business, and responsible for the implementation across the business.
 5. SOCM has a strong pipeline of future growth, and this role will be integral to supporting that success in the years to come.
 * A strong background and track record of success in owners corporation management is essential in supporting our team. While operational experience is valuable, your best attributes will be experience and skill in managing relationships of client and the team you be responsible for.
 * It\'s anticipated that for the first year, a small portfolio of 200-300 lots will form part of the role, following which this will likely be handed over as the business continues to grow.
