Organisational Change Manager
6-month contract
Adelaide | Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Overview
Seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead and deliver a transformational change agenda for a major program of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and drive the change strategy, plan, and delivery
* Facilitate change workshops and stakeholder sessions
* Support development and testing of processes, procedures, and work instructions
* Monitor, track, and report on change activities
* Identify and manage change-related risks and issues
* Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Organisational Change Management
* Strong knowledge of change tools and methodologies
* Relevant change certifications highly regarded
* Mining or Utilities industry experience preferred
* Experience supporting large, complex organisations or programs
