We have an opportunity for a Dealer Account Manager to join our high performing team in South Australia. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with our Dealer Principals and Sales Teams, coach and influence performance outcomes, and support the growth of Nissan's Retail and Wholesale Finance business across Australia.

About The Role

As a Dealer Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing and growing relationships across an assigned portfolio of dealershipsDriving retail finance, wholesale funding and insurance performanceSupporting dealers to meet targets through coaching, training, and business planningProviding insights, reports, and market intelligence to maximise dealer performanceEnsuring compliance with NFS policies, processes, and risk guidelinesActing as a trusted advisor to the dealer network and internal stakeholders

This role is central to helping Nissan Financial Services deliver experiences that Defy Ordinary, aligning with Nissan Financial Services belief in taking on challenges with a positive mentality and always being customer focused.

What You Will Bring

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in automotive finance, dealer operations, lending, or similar commercial environmentsBuilds strong relationships with ease, both in-person and remotely with internal and external stakeholdersCommercially minded, with strong planning, negotiation and influencing skillsThrives in a fast-moving environment and adapts quickly to industry changesHas strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilityLives the Nissan "CAN DO" values and champions a customer-first mindsetCompetencies such as Business Insight, Customer Focus, Plans & Aligns, Drives Results, and Balances Stakeholders from the competency framework are key to success in this role.
