In this hybrid role, you'll manage a portfolio of high growth firms, providing expert financial insights, compliance support, and performance analysis to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
* Provide financial modelling, performance management, and strategic insights to business owners.
* Lead collaboration with offshore bookkeeping teams and build strong relationships with firm leadership.
What You Need:
* CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of finance experience.
* Strong analytical, tax, and financial modelling skills (Xero experience preferred).
* Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
