Our farm spans approximately 1,900 acres and produces several premium mango varieties. We are seeking motivated workers for both full-time orchard roles and seasonal harvest roles on our mango farm.

Seasonal Crop Farm Workers – Mango Harvest
Number of positions: 80
Employment type: Casual
Employed period: Approximately 1 September 2026 to 29 November 2026
Classification: Level 1 Casual under the Horticulture Award 2020
Pay rate: $30.35 per hour, including 25% casual loading plus superannuation, in accordance with the Horticulture Award 2020.
Penalty rates apply where applicable under the Award.
Responsibilities
* Mango picking and harvesting
* Sorting and packing mangoes
* General orchard labour including pruning and weeding
* Nursery work and general farm duties
* Cleaning and maintaining work areas
Working Conditions
Work will be performed outdoors in a tropical climate with high temperatures and humidity. Temperatures may exceed 40 °C during the harvest season.
Working Hours
Hours generally occur between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, depending on weather conditions and operational requirements. Additional hours may be required during peak harvest periods. The work is physically demanding and may involve lifting, carrying, repetitive movements and working at heights while harvesting fruit.
Requirements
* Be physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
* Be reliable and able to work as part of a team
* Be available to work weekdays and weekends during peak harvest periods
* Hold valid Australian work rights
Previous agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential.
