Resthaven Murray Bridge Residential Services are seeking a Coordinator of Hospitality Services for a Full-time role.

About the opportunity:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a quality hospitality service is provided to residents by developing and monitoring work practice standards that focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement including:
* Ensuring the provision of quality hospitality service meals to residents, maintaining compliance with food safety standards
* Participating in the development of your site's budget requests and monitoring expenditure, with effective and efficient use of resource
* Coordinating provision of cleaning services and maintenance in accordance with required standard
* Coordination of housekeeping staff and duties
* Ensuring current knowledge of legislation, work practice and contemporary hospitality practices
* Full Time role
About you:
* Experience in hospitality services coordination (aged care experience preferred)
* Proven ability to coordinate and lead diverse teams
* Solid knowledge of food safety legislation and compliance
* Strong leadership experience with excellent people skills
* Experience in stock control and ordering processes
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing competing demands
* Previous housekeeping management experience in aged care or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
