About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, adaptable team player who thrives on variety and enjoys learning new skills. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments in our Toyota franchise, supporting our dealership in marketing, parts, sales, customer service, and administration.
As our
Dealership Assistant
, you'll be the ultimate all-rounder. From producing digital content to assisting customers, supporting e-commerce, and backing up our service and sales teams, you'll play a vital role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. No two days will be the same
Key Duties
·
Digital Marketing:
Social media support, content creation, video production and editing
·
E-Commerce Support:
Assist with Parts website management and online sales. Parts inventory management.
·
Customer Service:
Support with customer drives, answering phones, and back up support for Service Advisor Team.
·
Communications:
Prepare internal communications, assist with admin tasks and scanning.
·
Sales Support:
Assist with vehicle deliveries and inventory photography.
·
Executive Assistant Duties:
Provide support to the Dealer Principal when required.
·
Department All-Rounder:
Be ready to jump in wherever needed across the dealership.
Ideal Skills & Attributes
· Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe, Canva experience.
· IT experience/tech-savvy and confident with all digital platforms including Meta and Google.
· Experience in video content production and editing.
· Customer service background with excellent communication skills.
· Creative thinker.
· Outgoing personality and a positive attitude.
· Open to trying new things and happy to do different jobs every day.
· Quick learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
· Must hold a current QLD driver's licence.
