A well-established brand in the travel industry is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead a team of high-performing consultants. About the Role
In this hands‑on leadership position, you'll be responsible for guiding and supporting a sales team to meet and exceed performance targets, while ensuring outstanding service delivery. You'll also collaborate with leadership on strategic objectives and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets
* Drive a customer-focused culture that prioritises service excellence and quality sales outcomes
* Support individual team members through training, development, and regular performance feedback
* Monitor key metrics and use data to enhance team results
* Assist with strategic planning and help manage team costs within budget
* Ensure a positive team environment and continuous improvement across all areas
About You
* Proven experience in the travel industry (essential)
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team
* A track record of exceeding sales goals and KPIs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
* A customer‑first mindset with a focus on high service standards
