Synergie is seeking a Maintenance Supervisorfor our client who is One of Australia largest Logistic, Freight and Courier Company located in Melbourne Airport, VIC

* Monday to Friday, 8AM – 4PM
What you will be required to do:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role leading the maintenance function at our Melbourne Airport site, supporting automated sortation systems and depot equipment
* Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance tradespeople
* Deliver preventative maintenance and rapid repair outcomes for automated sortation and freight handling equipment
* Develop and manage maintenance schedules using CMMS (MEx), ensuring accurate work history records
* Manage critical spare parts inventory, purchasing processes, and engineering store operations
* Take ownership of the effective operation of the on-site Engineering Workshop
* Collaborate with the Engineering Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement and support engineering strategy
* Manage suppliers and contractors to ensure reliable maintenance support
* Promote a safety-first culture and ensure WHS/OHS compliance
To be successful in the role you will:
* Strong team player with initiative, motivation, and a proactive approach
* Proven experience leading maintenance or reliability teams in industrial or continuous process environments
* Solid electrical and mechanical maintenance background with powered industrial equipment
* Experience with carton and package handling conveyor systems (preferred)
* Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
* Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, three-phase motors, and pneumatics
* Demonstrated capability in process improvement and problem solving
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems (MEx preferred)
