Midwifery Graduate Program

Selection Criteria:
* Candidates must be currently registered nurses with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an acute care setting.
* Concurrent enrollment in a Diploma of Midwifery University program at UTS or WSU is required.
* Ability to undertake part-time employment with flexible rostering options, including 8 and 12 hour shifts on a 7-day rotating roster.
* Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of the role of a midwife within a primary healthcare framework.
* Applicants should possess strong clinical problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Candidates must be able to work effectively within a team.
