As Drafting Team Leader, you will manage a team of draftspeople and coordinate project deliverables across multiple high-profile construction projects. This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional Revit expertise, strong project scheduling skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical draftspeople Oversee and coordinate drafting output to meet project timelines Create, review, and manage Revit models and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery Develop and implement best-practice workflows and standards within the drafting team What You’ll Need to Succeed
Proven experience as a senior draftsperson or drafting team leader in the mechanical/HVAC industry Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination, and services integration Demonstrated project scheduling and delivery coordination skills Excellent communication, time management, and team leadership abilities What’s on Offer
