Optus Business Centre Adelaide North – powered by Spacetel ) – is the largest Optus Channel Partner in South Australia, delivering business-grade Tech & Telco solutions.
We're in a strong growth phase and are now seeking a high-performance Business Development Manager who understands B2B solution selling and thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of your portfolio and drive revenue growth through a mix of new business acquisition and account management:
New & Existing Business
Generate and close new business opportunities
Strategically hunt, prospect and convert mid-market and SME clients
Present tailored solutions that deliver business outcomes (not just pricing)
Manage a strong 30/60/90 day pipeline using a structured sales process
Manage and grow an assigned customer base
Build long-term executive-level relationships
Deliver renewals, cross-sell and upsell outcomes

What We're Looking For
This role requires a sharp sales operator with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of telco or IT services.
You Have:
Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
Expertise in Account Management and Business solutions to establish and nurture long-term client relationships
Comfortable speaking with decision-makers (Owners, CFOs, GMs, IT Managers)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving targets
Previous experience in sales or business development roles is preferred
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively
Familiarity with the telecommunications or technology sector is an advantage
Confident presenting solutions and closing opportunities
Professional, reliable, organised, and motivated
