The Opportunity
We’re seeking a commercially minded, client-focused Head of Sales & Client Success - APAC to lead our revenue growth, retention, and expansion across Tier 1 and Tier 2 technology clients. This is a senior leadership role accountable for customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
You’ll oversee a multi-million-dollar portfolio, leading a focused team of Account Directors, Account Executives, and SDRs. Your remit spans sales, account development, and relationship management.
This role suits someone who enjoys owning outcomes, building trust with senior stakeholders, and leading with commercial insight. You’ll also work closely with the founder, who continues to unlock high-value opportunities that will form a key part of your pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a $10M+ portfolio spanning existing, reactivated, and founder-sourced accounts.
Lead and support a small team focused on upselling, reactivation, and account retention
Build simple, effective account plans and contact strategies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients
Convert founder-led new opportunities into long-term accounts
Maintain strong client engagement through structured reviews and regular check-ins
Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy in HubSpot.
Create scalable processes for account management and client engagement
Track and report on NPS, repeat business, pipeline health, and quarterly revenue
About You
You are a relationship-led commercial leader with experience in account management, customer success, or growth roles within marketing and events, professional services or tech B2B environments. You know how to lead a team but are equally comfortable owning a revenue target yourself.
You’ll have:
5+ years in B2B customer success, account management, or commercial roles
Proven success leading client-facing teams and delivering on revenue targets
Strong revenue planning, pipeline management, and commercial acumen
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Youbring a solutions-first approach and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments where commercial agility is key. Nothing is ever perfect, but anything is possible.
