Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
* Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
* Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while
* Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
* Participate in industry conferences, trade shows.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in supply chain, specifically in warehousing & distribution.
* Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
