We pride ourselves on delivering authentic taste and outstanding customer service across all our locations. The Role We are seeking an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead the team and oversee daily operations at our Sydney store.
Key Responsibilities 1. Manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across takeaway, dine-in, and third-party platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash. 2. Formulate and implemented purchasing and marketing strategies, including setting pricing structures to meet business goals and remain competitive. 3. Develop inventory management systems, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimising wastage and overhead costs.
4. Supervise and train staff, overseeing recruitment, performance evaluations, and team motivation to meet customer service and sales targets. 5. Monitore financial performance, including preparing budgets, analysing sales trends, and implementing strategies to maximise profitability. 6. Lead promotional campaigns both in-store and online, including app listings, social media marketing, and seasonal offers to increase visibility and customer engagement.
7. Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and food handling regulations, conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions where necessary. 8. Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy for auditing, reporting, and operational efficiency. 9. Provide customer service leadership, resolving complaints, managing feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
10. Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in order fulfilment, hygiene practices, and overall service quality. 11. Monitor and boosted sales performance across multiple delivery channels through sales data analysis and customer behaviour insights. 12. Plann and executed store merchandising and product presentation strategies, optimising customer flow, visual appeal, and overall store experience.
