* Coordinate end-to-end payroll/administration, HR information systems, employee records, and people processes across the business.
Main Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance Support
* Maintain accurate payroll records, benefits, taxation, and superannuation compliance.
* Deliver payroll reporting and reconciliation services.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Management
* Assist with recruitment processes for office and operational/field roles, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
* Prioritise onboarding preparations, contracts, and payroll setup.
* Support employee changes, updates, and offboarding activities.
* Provide assistance with final pay calculations and compliance checks.
HRIS & Data Governance
* Maintain and update the HRIS with precise employee information.
* Generate comprehensive workforce reports and dashboards.
* Support system upgrades, integrations, and vendor liaison functions.
General HR & Process Enhancement
* Respond to HR and payroll queries in a professional and confidential manner.
* Contribute to policy development, compliance documentation, and position descriptions.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
