We are now looking for a motivated and organised Sales Representative / Manager to join our company.
About the Role: This is a dynamic role that combines sales, customer service, repair work on laser and survey equipment. Full training and support included. A simple knowledge of battery operated equipment and electronics is an advantage, with the expectation of further learning of specific construction laser and survey equipment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assist with sales inquiries and generate new leads, process orders, and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
· Laser calibrations and repairs
· Complete quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
· Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other documents
· Maintain accurate records and inventory systems
· Maintain marketing and promotional activities
· General administrative duties to support the day-to-day office operations
Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience in a sales role
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
· Electronics or Surveying knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
