Our newly created Technical Lead role will have a strong focus on providing subject matter expertise on the investment and superannuation products offered through BT, (including listed securities, managed funds, managed portfolios, and corporate actions), and the associated processes, business rules, regulations, suppliers and systems. You will support the wider deliverables of Specialised Services & Operations and assist in the resolution of production issues, acting as a key contact for areas such as Risk, Compliance, and Group Assurance for all processes within their domain for issues such as incident management, audit queries and risk/compliance elements of business rule and other process changes. You'll ensure business and customer needs are appropriately considered by projects and initiatives that are delivering change into the Service Centre, run training sessions, and ensuring positive and successful change and risk management, as a result of these initiatives. What do I need? As such you will need: Strong technical knowledge of investments associated processes and legislation Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, and possess a customer centric approach An understanding of compliance obligations and legislative requirements as they relate to investments The ability to work to strict deadlines, in an agile, fast-moving environment Exceptional organisational and time management skills and a positive can do attitude Why join us?
