Clairault Streicker is a family‑owned grower and wine producer based in Margaret River. We are the owners and caretakers of four distinct sites spanning multiple sub‑regions. Our oldest vineyard, established in 1976, is also home to our signature cellar door and vineyard kitchen.

This position is based in our offices on site on Caves Road, Wilyabrup and presents an exciting opportunity to work in the world‑renowned Margaret River Wine Industry.
Clairault Streicker Wines are seeking an optimistic and energetic bookkeeper to assist our Financial Controller and Administration Team.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate can multitask, maintain a professional manner and possess excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Bank and merchant reconciliations
* Accounts payable
* Accounts receivable
* End‑of‑month reconciliations
* End‑of‑month journals and accruals
* Payroll processing
* Maintaining confidential employee records
* Deliver Fair Work guidelines and various Industry Award employment onboarding contracts and paperwork
* Process and maintain superannuation in line with statutory requirements
* General office duties
* Processing credit applications
Qualifications
* Previous 2‑5 years hands‑on accounts experience working with an accountant or general manager
* Certificate IV in Accounting or higher
* Payroll processing experience
* Understanding of Fair Work legislation, various awards and regulations
* Understanding of Australian Taxation Office regulations
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
* Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Criteria
* Experience in Xero, Lightyear, POS or Vinsight software
* Experience in human resources, recruitment process, appraisal process
* Previous experience in the wine industry
