Job Description:
The company is seeking a skilled Reliability and Asset Strategist to play a key role in shaping reliability and performance across nationally critical rail infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in developing asset strategies, improving asset maintenance, and capital planning.
As the Reliability Lead, you will take ownership of asset class strategies, analyze failure data, and drive improvements in reliability. You will work closely with teams across Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Projects to ensure seamless integration and effective workflow management.
* Developing and reviewing asset class strategies to optimize rollingstock assets.
* Leading the analysis of failure data to inform reliability improvements and capital scoping.
* Collaborating with teams to implement effective maintenance and capital planning processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong experience in maintenance or reliability engineering, with at least 3 years' experience in a heavy industry environment.
* Proficiency in CMMS or EAM systems, with a preference for Hexagon.
* Demonstrated understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and system-thinking skills.
* Root cause analysis or investigation training (RCA, ICAM, etc.) desirable.
* Relevant trade qualification, diploma, or degree.
