In the Head of Media role, you will play a key role in the Group Marketing team who are doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
* Develop overarching enterprise media strategy aligned with business objectives
* Lead the centralised media plan and annual media negotiations
* Manage agency and publisher relationships
* Excellent industry insights to understand current trends and future growth
* Introduce new tools, platforms, and methods to improve media efficiencies and targeting.
* An ability to analyse data and measure the effectiveness of all campaign media is essential.
* Clear and concise communication with internal teams, stakeholders and agencies is vital.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Extensive experience as a media planning and buying, ideally with exposure to financial services or regulated sectors
* Success managing large-scale media budgets, multi-agency ecosystems and integrated campaigns
* Proven industry relationships and an in-depth knowledge of media platforms and publishers, targeting technologies and emerging trends in the Australian market
* Deep data literacy in media attribution, mix modelling, and campaign analytics.
* Proven leadership and people management experience.
* Reporting, analytical and risk management skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset.
