What do you do?
* You will be a high achiever and lead by example to create a stellar customer experience
* Manage high stock volumes and assist with stock processing in a fast-paced environment ensuring everything's in place for the customers shopping spree
* Provide development of your team, collaborate with the business to hit the right notes in financial sales
* Highlight your proficiency in your execution of in-store Visual Merchandising
* Collaborate closely with the Store Manager on daily operations and ad hoc tasks
What do you need :
* Previous experience as an Assistant / Store Manager looking for a step up
* A passion for the retail industry is a MUST
* Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
* Experience in training and mentoring a team
* Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
* Ability to manage stock efficiently and work in a fast-paced retail environment
* A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
