EatClub
Accountancy Manager
Posted: 9 February
Offer description

About The Role

We're on the hunt for a commercially minded Account Manager to cover Tasmania, joining our fast-paced, rapidly scaling team. You'll be responsible for driving restaurant success on the EatClub platform — optimising partner performance, strengthening retention, and contributing to revenue growth across your portfolio of venues. This isn't your standard Account Manager role. At EatClub, we work closely with restaurant owners to advise on pricing strategy, venue performance, and operational improvements that directly impact their bottom line. You'll report into a Regional Manager and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams while spending time on the ground with Tasmania's vibrant hospitality community.

About EatClub

EatClub is a fast-growing Australian tech company helping restaurants unlock untapped revenue through dynamic pricing and AI-driven promotional tools. Co-founded by chef Marco Pierre White and backed by global VC firms, we bring hotel-style yield management to the restaurant world — empowering venues to fill empty seats during off-peak times. With operations across Australia, we're helping thousands of restaurants increase profitability while giving diners access to great food at great prices. We've recently completed a major funding round, launched new products, and are expanding our footprint — including continued growth across Tasmania.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage a portfolio of Tasmanian restaurants and act as their trusted advisor
* Use platform data and insights to help venues optimise performance and maximise revenue
* Guide restaurants through onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance improvement
* Identify and action commercial growth opportunities, including feature adoption and marketing packages
* Monitor venue performance and step in early to support long-term success
* Build strong, trusted relationships with venue owners and operators
* Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve the partner experience
Who You Are
* A natural communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset
* Comfortable using data to tell a story and drive action
* Thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
* Curious about food, hospitality, and technology
* Proactive, organised, and motivated to own outcomes for your portfolio
What You'll Need
* 1–3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
* Experience working to retention and/or revenue targets
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* A valid driver's licence and access to a car (this is a field-based role visiting venues)
* Experience in hospitality, tech, or marketplace businesses is a bonus
Stand Out With a Loom Video

Want to stand out from the pack? Submit a short Loom video (1–2 minutes) answering:

* Your favourite venue on EatClub and why
* Why restaurants should be excited about joining EatClub
* Why you're keen to join the EatClub team

We're excited to meet you and grow EatClub across Tasmania.
